Reporting & Analysis: Monitor client activity, sales performance, and inventory levels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams. Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and system efficiency. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or account management, with strong SAP background. Industry Knowledge: Pharmaceutical experience is highly preferred. Skills: + Proficiency in SAP (order processing, inventory, reporting). + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
