RequirementsLegal / Qualification / Certification
- Minimum NQF 5 qualification in the hospitality industry
- City and Guilds Diploma in Food Prep and Cooking / Patisserie beneficial
- CATHSSETA scoping beneficial
- Certified to conduct outcome-based assessment
Knowledge / Skill
- Strong computer literacy
- Curriculum and assessment knowledge
Experience
- Minimum 5 years Culinary Arts experience as a chef
- Minimum 2 years lecturing / teaching/assessor
