We are looking for a passionate, energetic Sales Manager (2IC) to join our business!

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Assistant Manager (2IC) to support the branch's daily operations and step into a leadership role. This position is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in retail management, keen business acumen, and a passion for team development. The ideal candidate will possess both the skills and the drive to progress within the company.

• Team Leadership: Support, motivate, and develop team members to drive a collaborative work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing client needs and enhancing satisfaction.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales performance by setting targets and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Inventory Management: Oversee product categories, stock levels, and regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor team and sales metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Operational Support: Assist in daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and efficient problem-solving.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is preferred
• Management Experience: Strong background in retail and people management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
