We're looking for a detail-oriented and systems-driven CRM Coordinator to help build, test, and launch digital campaigns that reach millions of customers across our platforms.

What You'll Do Campaign Execution & Journey Builds
  • Configure and launch automated CRM journeys across digital channels.
  • Upload, manage, and validate audience segments.
  • Work within CRM platforms to build workflows and campaign logic.
Quality Assurance & Accuracy
  • Perform thorough QA and pre-send testing.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and ready to go live.
  • Maintain high standards of precision across all communications.
Monitoring & Performance Support
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues or anomalies.
  • Assist with reporting and insights to support optimisation.
  • Help track engagement, activation, and retention metrics.
Coordination & Documentation
  • Maintain CRM calendars and lifecycle documentation.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with timelines and business priorities.
  • Support continuous improvement of CRM processes and workflows.
What You Bring
  • 1-3 years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital campaigns
  • Exposure to CRM tools (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar)
  • Understanding of segmentation and targeting logic
  • Strong attention to detail and structured working style
  • Comfortable working within systems and workflow builders
  • Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Digital, Data, or related field (advantageous)
