• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Prepare weekly and monthly creditor payment batches
• Resolve supplier queries timeously
• Prepare and manage creditor age analyses
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing management reports
• Deliver efficient, friendly service to internal and external stakeholders
• Complete credit applications
• Archive source documents (invoices, statements)
• Assist auditors during year-end audits
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required
