Job Title: Creditors Clerk

Location: Johannesburg

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Creditors Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier accounts, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
  • Verify and capture payment requests accurately and on time
  • Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with financial processes
  • Support month-end closing and audit preparation
  • Assist with B-BBEE certificate administration and supplier onboarding
Qualifications & Skills
  • Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar creditors/accounts payable role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • A proactive, service-driven approach and strong communication skills
