Credit Controller Managerto take responsibility for reconciliation of debtor accounts, resolution of any queries or issues with debtor statements, production of accurate and timely debtor statements, reports and reconciliations.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing a team of controllers
  • Reconciliation of debtors accounts
  • Attends to complaints and queries, and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy
  • Handing over of bad debts to attorneys
  • Email/Post/print of all statements
  • Preparation of letters and final demands for outstanding debt falling behind
  • Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and overdue accounts
  • Preparing reports for management review on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis
