Job Description

We are working with a range of welcoming and well run primary and secondary schools across East London who are seeking confident and reliable Cover Teachers to provide short and long term cover.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers, ECTs, or experienced educators looking for flexible work while maintaining a strong presence in the classroom.

The role:
  • Deliver pre planned lessons across your subject specialism or general cover
  • Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a focused learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff where required
We are looking for:
  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (essential)
  • Previous classroom teaching or cover experience
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A professional, adaptable, and proactive approach
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
