Cover Teacher

We are working with a range of welcoming and well-run primary and secondary schools across East London who are seeking confident and reliable Cover Teachers to provide short- and long-term cover. This role is ideal for qualified teachers, ECTs, or experienced educators looking for flexible work while maintaining a strong presence in the classroom.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across your subject specialism or general cover
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a focused learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where required

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (essential)
• Previous classroom teaching or cover experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A professional, adaptable, and proactive approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
