This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a senior advisory role within the Corporate Governance division, reporting directly to the Company Secretary. You will be the linchpin ensuring the highest standards of compliance and secretarial services are upheld across a significant portfolio of client entities. This role offers substantial exposure to high-level decision making bodies, including the Board and various sub committees.
