Job Description
Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch meals within the required time and standard. Practise excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Ensure that the sandwiches and packs are ready for delivery as per the customer's request
- Cook and Serve meals at lunch time and supper and assist at the takeaway section
- Menu planning, costing and stock control
- Cleaning of equipment according to schedule
- To apply the standards of Food safety & hygiene
- Assist with functions, training and meetings room decorations and serving
- Rotate in all areas in the canteen when required
