Are you someone who can: Control operational costs within the claim's payments division Manage costs and expenses in line with approved claims and invoices received for processing Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers and supplier expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and business units within the Short-Term Insurance pillar Deal with stakeholder complaints and queries, relating to invoice processing activities of the area and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the relevant party Responsible for controlling, receipting and logging of received invoices Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements Ensure that Service Level Agreements and time frames are met in the claim's payment department You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Previous experience in an invoice quality control role Previous experience in a motor or non-motor claims environment Short Term Insurance experience would be beneficial Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word, PowerPoint Matric Accounting related experience You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate A challenging working environment that is progressive and agile Opportunities to innovate where initiative is taken and owned end to end We can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curious Attention to detail Thrive in a collaborative environment Deadline driven Able to handle a pressurized environment Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
