Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Control Room Operator to join our team. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our remote patient monitoring systems and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage remote patient monitoring systems to ensure accurate and timely transmission of patient data.
- Respond to alerts and notifications from the monitoring systems and take appropriate action.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and patients to troubleshoot any issues with the monitoring systems.
- Maintain accurate records of system activity and patient data.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of patient data.
- Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals and patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a control room or monitoring environment is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
