SBV Seeks to Appoint Senior: People Management and Consulting to provide senior, end to end HR leadership and people consulting support to assigned business units within a unionised, operationally complex and labour intensive environment, while leading and developing HR professionals and ensuring the effective integration of HR Centres of Excellence to deliver sustainable, fit for purpose people.

Accountable for transporting and safeguarding company assets of intrinsic value in an effective, efficient and professional manner accordingly to the agreed upon service levels.

Manage and lead teams to efficiently meet the daily operational and SLA requirements of the Banks/ SARB as well as mitigate and eliminate risk and losses through SOP compliance. Assist the Logistics/Centre Manager in the overall effective management of Operations in line with SBV strategy. Supervise customer service matters, Logistics Controllers, Firearm & Asset Control Officers.

Responsible for the end to end Logistics supply chain through the effective management of performance and productivity of logistics teams to reduce risk, improve customer experience aligned to SLAs and overall efficiency and KPI achievement operations.

SBV is looking for a passionate employee who will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and operating all systems related to access control in accordance with assigned responsibilities. Provide appropriate responses to alarm or incidences as well as issuing and controlling codes, where applicable, to mitigate risk and improve business efficiencies.
