Job PurposeThe purpose of a Continuous Improvement Specialist is to drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain technology deliverables and operations by optimising processes, improving system utilisation, and embedding a culture of data driven decision making. The role focuses on delivering measurable efficiency, cost, service, and performance improvements.

Job Performance Criteria- Operational: Improved Process Efficiency
- Analyse end to end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Facilitate process redesign workshops with cross functional teams.
- Implement approved process improvements and track benefits realised.
- Standardised Processes:
- Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
- Ensure alignment of processes across business units.
- Train teams on standardised processes and best practices.
- Optimised System Utilisation:
- Assess system usage and identify under utilised functionality.
- Work with technology teams to enhance system configuration.
- Support user adoption through training and change initiatives.
- Cost and Waste Reduction:
- Apply CI tools to eliminate waste and non value adding activities.
- Identify cost saving opportunities through process optimisation.
- Monitor cost reduction initiatives and report savings.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Define and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or mid management capacity.
