Job Description Purpose of the Role

To support the recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-quality candidates, while also helping to map and identify potential client contacts to aid business development and market growth.

Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
  • Proactively identify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability, motivations, availability, and salary expectations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current vacancies and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with active and passive candidates to keep them engaged.
  • Support candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping to identify skills, salary levels, hiring trends, and high-potential candidates.
  • Build targeted talent pools aligned to strategic growth areas of the business.
  • Track candidate movements, promotions, and career changes to maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
  • Create and update talent heatmaps to support consultants and business development efforts.
Client Identification & Business Development Support
  • Identify potential hiring managers, decision-makers, and HR contacts within target organisations.
  • Conduct research into client structures, competitors, and market segments to support business development strategies.
  • Build contact lists and support outreach campaigns with accurate data and insights.
  • Monitor job postings, company announcements, and industry news to spot new business opportunities.
  • Assist consultants in preparing client briefing documents, market intelligence packs, and pitch materials.
Database & Compliance Management
  • Ensure all candidate and client records are accurately updated within the CRM/ATS system.
  • Adhere to GDPR and company compliance policies when managing personal data.
  • Track candidate progress and ensure all actions are logged in line with internal processes.
  • Support the coordination of interviews, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and contribute to team meetings.
  • Assist with internal projects such as talent campaigns, events, and email marketing initiatives.
