A client of ours within the construction sector is looking to appoint an experienced professional construction project manager to join their growing team.
LocationMbombela, Mpumalanga
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or quantity surveying
- Registered with SACPCMP as a professional construction project manager or construction manager
- Have at least a minimum of 3 years' working experience in infrastructure development-related projects
- Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Experience in Project Management
- Report writing skills
- Attending client's projects brief and assist with preparation of project specifications
- Assist with preparation of Feasibility Studies and Technical Reports
- Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and advise contractors and on-site personnel
