Required Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a dedicated Construction Planner or Scheduling role, specifically on large-scale civil infrastructure or heavy industrial projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering , preferred but not required

Strategic Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and manage detailed Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for complex civil infrastructure projects (e.g., transport, water, energy).

Digital Integration: Champion the elevation of BIM models into a functional data hub, integrating planning schedules (4D) with resource allocation and risk registers.

Risk & Resilience Modelling: Conduct advanced schedule risk analysis (Monte Carlo simulation) and proactively model schedule adaptations to account for environmental volatility and supply chain shocks.

Resource Optimization: Accurately plan and forecast required resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to support modular construction approaches and mitigate structural labor shortages.

Performance Accountability: Establish and monitor performance baselines, conduct Earned Value Management (EVM), and provide high-level reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders on project progress and forecasting.

Change Management: Manage schedule impacts due to variations and change orders, ensuring all project documentation reflects the current delivery plan.
