Based in Bloemfontein, we are a subsidiary of the Raubex Group. We are looking for a manager who will be working on site within the Renewables Energy Business Unit within Raubex Infra.

The Manager will be responsible for on-site management of solar PV, BESS and or Wind BoP projects in South Africa, including full responsibility for technical, environmental and safety compliance; cost, quality, programme, integration, stakeholders, suppliers/subcontractors, logistics and security. This position is regarded as a hands-on, site-based management role.

Reporting to the Operations Director or Projects Director, the candidate will assist to manage the commercial and operational requirements of a project. Ensure that all contractual requirements are met in terms of achieving deadlines and completing projects on time, within budget. Ensure all the necessary notifications, supporting documents/ records are submitted for contractual claims, compliant with contracts. Monthly measurements of completed and approved works; and compilation of payment certificates with the QS, contractual claims/ variations, etc.
