Where you come in.Our Queenstown-based team is ramping up on our build volume, and we need another Construction Manager based in Queenstown to help lead the charge. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll be one of four Construction Managers driving projects in the Queenstown region.
Key responsibilities- Steer the ship on house builds - schedule, quality, progress & ensuring that all timeframes and priorities are met.
- Make sure every home is delivered on time, in spec, and built with pride.
- Keep communication flowing with clients.
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers.
- Handle health & safety and quality assurance including on site audits.
- Deliver the Classic experience - top quality, no compromises.
As a Construction Manager, you will get satisfaction knowing that we are handing over the keys to a brand new home that is built on time, to budget, in spec, and with no compromise to quality or safety.
This role is a combination of both site and office-based work - based out of our Queenstown office in Frankton.
What you'll bring to our team- Trade qualified and experienced Builder (NZQA or BCITO) and LBP an advantage.
- Qualification in Construction Management - preferred but not essential.
- Experience in residential construction project management like GHB.
- Technically competent to pick up new software & applications.
- Full & clean NZ Drivers licence.
- First aid trained - preferred not essential.
- Ability to offer advice and problem solve.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects.
