Job Description

Compensation and benefits
  • Administer compensation and benefit programs (including Company Pension and Medical insurance plans)
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll processing and administration
  • Assist in Annual Salary Review exercise
  • Assist in Salary surveys
  • Ensure compliance with local governing regulations
HR as a service
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Lead employee onboarding exercise and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Assist in engagement and talent retention initiatives
HR Administration
  • Prepare new employment contract based on information provided by Recruitment Specialist
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure all changes within the employee life cycle are recorded and tracked accurately.
  • Assist in implementation of HR projects
HR Reporting
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Ensure all HR reports are updated on a timely basis
  • Ensure all payroll reports are validated prior sending to Finance Team
