We are open to engaging experienced professionals either on a full-time basis or in a freelance / project-based capacity, depending on mutual fit and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee interior architectural projects from concept through to completion (scope dependent on engagement structure)
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with consultants
• Utilise advanced Revit skills to produce detailed designs, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure adherence to municipal regulations and industry standards
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and structured reporting
• Collaborate with the broader design team to ensure integration across disciplines
  For freelance engagements, scope may focus on defined project stages, technical documentation, or specialist coordination.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong conceptual design and problem-solving ability
• Excellent proficiency in Revit (BIM workflow experience is essential)
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
• Confident communication and leadership abilities
• Site experience or exposure is a significant bonus
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality interior architecture work as well as technical ability
• Well organised, deadline-driven, and focused on design integrity at all phases
• Driver's licence and availability to attend project sites as needed
