• Lead and oversee all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Utilise your expertise in Revit to produce detailed designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and delivering exceptional service.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Minimum qualification of BTech Degree in Architecture (senior architectural technologist).
• Proven experience across all work stages of architectural projects.
• Sound understanding in the following areas:
  • Municipal legislation and compliance (building codes/standards).
  • Design and spatial planning.
  • Experience in high-end residential based projects.
  • Knowledge in managing and co-ordinating project programmes.
  • Strong level of technical skills (incl. construction detailing).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a strong ability to generate detailed models and documentation through all work stages.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Strong enthusiasm and eagerness to contribute to the success of the practice and the special project.
