MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To implement, drive and sustain clinical quality within the emergency medical environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Set, implement and manage operational clinical plans aligned with Emergency Medicine strategy
  • Oversee clinical performance in the emergency medical environment and provide operational support
  • Provide specialist expertise and support to emergency centres
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years clinical experience, of which 3 - 5 should be in a Specialist function/SME role such as Unit or branch Manager, Patient Safety, Risk Management
  • Experience in the private emergency medicine environment

  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Infection prevention and control knowledge
  • Clinical risk management
  • Nursing functional knowledge
  • Training and facilitation methodologies
  • Healthcare industry knowledge

  • Research, reporting writing and presenting
  • Staff and process analysis and optimisation
