Clinical Care Lead Nurse - Meds, Complex & Palliative

Conduct thorough physical, mental, and social assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.

Administer, monitor, and manage medications, treatments, and therapies, ensuring safe practices.

Deliver wound care, pain management, and palliative/end-of-life care.

Lead and mentor Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) staff, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with care standards.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health systems. Act as a liaison between residents, families, and doctors.

Actively participate in occupational health and safety, including infection control, hazard management, and incident reporting.
