About the Client Service Intern RoleThe Client Service Intern provides administrative and operational support to the Project Management team. The role focuses on internal booking coordination, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with daily tasks to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Assist with internal resource scheduling and booking coordination
- Maintain and update project trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Organise and manage project documentation and file structures
- Prepare materials and administrative support documents for project managers
- Monitor deadlines and flag upcoming actions to the team
- Support general day-to-day administrative tasks within the department
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal platforms
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proactive and willing to learn
