Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Clerk at AVBOB, your duties will include:
- Providing front desk and reception services to clients
- Assisting walk-in customers with queries and directing them accordingly
- Handling policy administration, claims, and premium-related tasks
- Managing cash transactions, including collections and refunds
- Preparing daily banking and financial records
- Communicating processes, delays, and system updates to clients
- Referring potential new business opportunities to consultants
- Handling customer complaints and identifying possible fraud cases
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports
- Performing general office and administrative duties

- FAIS accreditation (Category B - Long-Term Insurance credits)
