The Shop Assistant / Cashier role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, handling point of sale (POS) transactions, and supporting merchandising activities.

You will play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy a smooth shopping experience while helping the store maintain high operational standards.

As a Clicks Shop Assistant / Cashier, your duties will include:

• Processing POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handling cash safely and responsibly
• Promoting the Clicks ClubCard and enrolling new members
• Informing customers about promotions and special offers
• Delivering friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining clean, organised, and well-stocked shelves
• Supporting merchandising and store presentation standards
• Staying updated on products, promotions, and store events

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

Advantageous:
