- Capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be fit enough to handle heavy cleaning equipment, mop, and work in various areas.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals, infection control, and waste management (OHS).
- Good communication (verbal/written), interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team.
- Cleaning/disinfecting floors, patient rooms, restrooms, and offices.
- Replacing linen, and refilling hygiene supplies (soap, towels).
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment.
