Chief Financial Officer - Transport & Logistics - Egypt - H/F

• Driving the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Leading financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, internal controls, and reporting
• Optimizing cash flow, working capital, and the company's capital structure
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to enhance profitability, cost efficiency, and financial discipline
• Assessing investment opportunities, including new assets, fleet expansion, and infrastructure projects
• Strengthening financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards
• Managing relationships with financial institutions, auditors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders
• Developing and leading a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Finance or Accounting, and ideally an MBA or a recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA. They will bring at least 12-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including a minimum of five years in a CFO or Finance Director position.

They will have a proven track record within the transport, shipping, maritime, or logistics industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of asset heavy operations, international trade, and project-based financing. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage.
