Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present Mozambican-inspired dishes to a high standard
  
• Work closely with the team to maintain quality and consistency
  
• Bring creativity and enthusiasm to the kitchen environment
  
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld
  

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
  
• Saturday: 08:00 - 15:00
  
• Closed Sundays and most public holidays
  
• Overtime applicable when working on public holidays
