• Strategic Impact: Influence our long-term financial roadmap and lead the way in IFRS/GAAP compliance for a global firm.
• Executive Visibility: Work directly with the CFO and Board of Directors, delivering the KPI dashboards and reporting that shape executive decisions.
• Autonomy & Growth: Lead and mentor a dedicated finance team while managing high-level tax planning and international treasury operations.

• Financial Leadership: Develop financial strategies, manage annual budgets, and oversee rolling forecasts to ensure long-term stability.
• Reporting Excellence: Prepare monthly management accounts and Board-level reports with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
• Treasury & Compliance: Optimize working capital, manage global banking relationships, and lead all internal/external audits.
• Team Mentorship: Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.

• The Professional: You hold a CA(SA) designation (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of post-article experience in a senior role.
• The Expert: You have advanced knowledge of IFRS and are a power user of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Excel.
• The Strategist: You have a "big picture" mindset but maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• The Reliable Remote Pro: You thrive in an environment of high transparency and are comfortable with EST hours (working into the SA evening) and performance monitoring.

• Education: Professional Accounting Designation (CA(SA) / ACCA / CIMA) is Required.
• Work Schedule: Fixed Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule. (Please consider the time difference from SAST).
• Tech Requirements:
  • Hardware: Core i7 processor (or better), 16GB RAM.
  • Connectivity: Stable fiber internet (20Mbps+) with a reliable load-shedding backup solution (Inverter/UPS).
