Senior Audit Chartered Accountant CA(SA) - Pietermaritzburg

A national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant CA(SA) to join our Pietermaritzburg office. This role is available immediately and offers an exciting opportunity to take on a management role within our Audit, Accounting, and Tax Department at a national level.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management within the Audit, Accounting, and Tax Department nationally.
  • Drive business development initiatives.
  • Review and sign off on all reports ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Manage and oversee quality control processes within the firm.
  • Supervise, train, and develop staff members.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor branch revenue targets.
  • Implement and manage projects effectively.
  • Act as, or be willing to become, a SAICA Trainee Officer.
  • Managing an existing portfolio of clients will be an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Qualified CA(SA) with a tertiary qualification. NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience within an audit firm.
  • Registered Auditor (Assurance) (Preferred)
