Our interdisciplinary team works with clients to understand their biggest pain points, which initiates a person-centred design process aimed at automating and orchestrating repetitive tasks and creating impactful, real time dashboards. We aim to apply an integral perspective to technology evaluation, digital transformation, low code development and rapid software prototyping.

The purpose of the Change Facilitator role:
As a natural listener, the Change Facilitator plays a key role in empathising with business users on their professional journey during software implementation projects aiming to achieve streamlined work, processes and operational success.
The Change Facilitator meets a person at their level of tech proficiency and creates a safe space to guide them on a path of digital transformation. They create contextual understanding in a safe environment, producing training content and ultimately facilitating sustainable change to achieve improved performance over time.
In addition to working on client digital transformation projects, the Change Facilitator manages change on Both&'s internal continuous improvement journey. By showing others how to work effectively, using digitally enabled tools, Change Facilitators inspire businesses to get future fit.
Requirements- High Emotional Intelligence

- Ability to facilitate complex meetings in a clear, outcome orientated manner
- Ability to understand complex topics to simplify appropriately and clearly communicate them with a holistic perspective

- Requirements:
- Minimum BCom (Industrial Psychology) or similar degree or diploma
