Schedule: Full-Time (Shift availability as applicable)
Reports To: Director of Nursing / Charge Nurse
George Regional Health & Rehab is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs play a vital role in providing direct, hands on care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life in a long term care setting.

Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Provide mobility assistance and reposition residents as needed
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Mississippi
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident focused
- Ability to stand, lift, and assist residents as needed
