Responsibilities include: o Activity management of outbound agentso Production management on a daily basisconcentrating on quality and quantity.o Conducting Training - theoretically and practically on the job trainingo Ensuring your teams achieve production targets and monitor progress of agents.o Conducting performance review sessions and team meetingso Identify agents' goals and motivatorso Build and sustain productive teams!o Adhere to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risko Inspire, guide, and motivate teamso Build and maintain good client relationships and with team memberso Maintain optimal operational efficiencies based on productivity measureso Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements.o Identify cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.o Keep abreast of developments and trends in the industry - self learningo Ensure commitment to the FAIS and FSCA requirements.o Demonstrates exemplary behavior and conduct in performance of duties Skills required for the position: o Matrico 2 years' experience in Middle Management role(Inbound/Outbound)o Proficient in English - essential (writing, reading, speaking)o Bi-lingual - advantage (writing, reading, speaking)o Computer literate - MS Office, especially Excel - essentialo Regulatory Exam and NQF 5 FAIS credits advantageouso Financial Service Experience (advantageous)o Clear Credit & Criminal Recordo Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Have proven success in the Marketing of Life Assurance experience • Financial advice and intermediary services• Must have good communication skills• Sales management• Computer skills• Administration skills• Performance Management• Coaching• Problem SolvingJob Location
