Our client in the Logistics Industry, based in Bellville Cape Town; is currently looking to employ an experienced Call Centre Marketers and Liaison Personnel to their team.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a call centre or marketing role.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Computer literate (CRM system experience advantageous).
  • Experience in logistics or the automotive industry (advantageous).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Liaise with OEMs, dealers, and private clients.
  • Promote services and generate leads.
  • Coordinate bookings and vehicle movement requests.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high service quality.
  • Capture and update data on internal systems.
