Job Description

Job Title: Call Center Agents Location: Durban, South Africa Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.

  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and promotions.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
