Job Description
A Leading Infrastructure Services Contractor is looking for a Buyer or Senior Buyer to join their team in one of there regional offices.
The main objective of the role is to develop and implement procurement strategies for power & infrastructure projects.
You will:
- Lead strategic procurement activities across a portfolio of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support subcontract procurement activities, working closely with commercial teams.
- Support with supply chain and category management initiatives across the supply chain.
- Deliver the procurement requirements of site teams.
- Deliver cost savings and project delivery improvements across assigned projects.

Candidate RequirementsOur client is looking for Senior Buyers looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Buyers looking for career progression.
You will have 3+ years experience delivering strategic procurement across infrastructure projects for any main contractor or large subcontractor.
Ideally you will have some experience of delivering subcontract procurement, however this is not essential and training will be provided.
