MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To plan, coordinate, and direct system-related activities across ER24, help determine its technology goals, assess the cost and benefits of new projects to justify their funding, and determine long-and short-term departmental and company system/development needs.

  • Identify, analyse and quantify industry changes

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

Degree in Business Analysis, Systems analysis, in a computer or an information science-related field and/or Business

DESIRED EDUCATION

Post-graduate in a computer or an information science-related field, and a business qualification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

5-10 years Business and Systems Analysis

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Process re-engineering, Business/ICT engagement and coordination, Project Management, Stakeholder engagement

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Statistics analysis (outstanding book, tendencies and risk)
  • B2B
  • Knowledge of data modelling and Data Warehouse techniques
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of project management principles and the application thereof
  • New system specification management
  • Emergency Medical Assistance and Contact Centre industry trends
  • Conversion and commissioning of new departments/divisions or companies
  • Systems (eg, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); SAP; SIP)
