Business Solutions Lead - ERP/MRP

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, optimization and ongoing support of the Epiroc M3 Business Solution across the organization.
  • Act as the ERP/MRP super user, ensuring best practice usage and support for all business users.
  • Drive digitization initiatives and alignment of technology with operational goals.
  • Ensure comprehensive Go Live readiness: develop, update SOPs, conduct system and process training, and manage post implementation reviews.
  • Identify and resolve stabilization issues proactively and manage configuration changes and system integrations.
  • Provide clear communication and training on all system updates and improvements.
  • Implement a framework for ongoing performance and process improvement, collaborating with external consultants and applying industry best practices.
  • Maintain training master data, onboard staff, and promote continuous development and knowledge sharing.
  • Define and implement a robust system support structure, monitor SLAs, manage vendor escalations, and lead proactive maintenance including disaster recovery.
  • Manage system budgets in collaboration with finance.
  • Maintain detailed system configuration and SOP documentation, and collaborate with IT for version control and accurate updates.
  • Lead cross functional collaboration with IT, operations and business units to align initiatives and drive process enhancements.
  • Ensure accuracy of master data, provide custom reports and dashboards, and implement data governance policies.
  • Represent the local Production Centre in divisional process improvement networks and steer global and divisional initiatives.
Qualifications
  • B. Tech - Industrial Engineering, B.Sc. IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant technical project deployment experience.
  • 5-7 years' experience in manufacturing operations and ERP/MRP environments (preferably Manhattan, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle SCALE).
  • Proven experience in WMS, MRP and ERP system integration.
  • Strong understanding of full lifecycle implementations for medium to large scale projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in high pressure environments.
  • Knowledge of emerging supply chain and operations technologies.
  • Experience with change management, business process management methodologies (BPM), and internal control frameworks.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment or similar operational setting.
  • Practical experience with ERP systems such as Manhattan or SAP, including system transactions, master data, and impact analysis.
  • Knowledge of business process management methodologies (BPM) and internal control frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical/system requirements.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to participate in global projects and forums.
