This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who is passionate about transforming data into insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping our BI capability and uplifting analytical maturity across the business. Are you someone who can: Develop, enhance, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models. Partner with business stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and deliver actionable insights. Translate business challenges into structured analytical problems with measurable outcomes. Build scalable data models and ensure data accuracy, governance, and integrity. Provide thought leadership on BI best practices and mentor junior analysts. Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and data quality. You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related discipline. Additional certifications in BI/Analytics tools are advantageous. 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools), SQL, and data modelling. Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with large datasets and cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP advantageous).
