Role OverviewAs a Business Excellence Analyst, you will work across departments to analyse business processes, strengthen operational systems, and support the rollout of improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in embedding a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement within a fast paced travel environment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and document business processes
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on processes and productivity
- Help define SLAs for business processes and activities
- Collaborate with business analysts on process design and modelling
- Administer support systems and team systems
- Champion processes, customer experience, solutions, & strong working relationships
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential)
- Zoho experience advantageous
- Data analysis, manipulation, and insight generation essential
- Exposure to the travel industry, especially tour operations, is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology advantageous
- 0-2 years' experience in a similar discipline
- Relevant Bachelor's degree beneficial
- Business analyst or process analysis qualification advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Solid understanding of business processes and organisational structure
- Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Team oriented, solutions driven, and relationship focused
