We are lookingfor a Senior Business Enabling Specialist to provide operational andadministrative support for our IT teams. This role ensures smooth businessoperations, effective compliance, and strong stakeholder collaboration,supporting everything from travel and facilities management to financialadministration and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities Travel & Health & Safety
  • Manage travel arrangements, includingrequests and documentation.
  • Coordinate daily, monthly, andperiodic Health & Safety operations and report irregularities.
  • Oversee medical surveillancecompliance and reminders.
Facilities & Onboarding
  • Report and coordinate facilitiesissues (HVAC, power, water, etc.).
  • Support onboarding and offboardingprocesses, including first-day support, integration, and post-onboardingfollow-up.
Business & Compliance Administration
  • Administer offers, track resourcesand costs, and maintain quality documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ITmethodology, ISO 9001, and internal audit processes.
  • Maintain pipeline data anddashboards; assist in audit preparation.
  • Support financial reporting, budgettracking, cost allocation, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and review financialdocumentation; manage headcount and rate adjustments.
Customer & Operational Support
  • Liaise with internal customersregarding offers, budgets, and process updates.
  • Maintain Confluence pages, purchaseorders, and time administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departmentsand provide stand-in support as needed.
Requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills(Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong experience with Jira andConfluence
  • Solid business administration andfinance knowledge
  • Project management with the abilityto handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication,presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with travel, facilities,and vendor coordination
  • Understanding of IT governance,compliance, and audit processes
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented,and able to prioritize effectively
Advantageous Skills
  • Recruitment or HR administrationexposure
  • Portfolio/headcount and resourcefunnel management experience
  • Marketing or communicationsexperience
  • Knowledge of IT operations, security,or architecture
  • Change management and trainingcoordination experience
  • SAP or other finance systemsexperience
  • Experience working in a hybridoffice/home environment
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in businessenabling, administration, or operational support roles
  • Strong knowledge of financialmanagement and project support
  • Familiarity withcompliance, governance, and IT processes
