We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in London, looking after the South & South West patch.
In this commercial role responsible for overseeing the London area, we seek a candidate with confidence, motivation, and a wealth of experience in beverage sales, including a practical background in On-trade operations. Under the supervision of our London Sales Manager, we aim to lead our efforts in cultivating new business within the London On-Trade sector, focusing on engaging with medium to large hospitality groups, including acquisition of new clientele and cultivation of existing accounts.

The RoleWith our diverse portfolio, our Business Development Managers drive distribution and brand activation across the assigned territory, increasing market share and brand visibility for our brands. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, alongside the account management of a small account base, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies in bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-premise venues. Your goal is to enhance visibility and sales performance while establishing a strong presence in the competitive on-trade environment.
The Person- Strong understanding of regional on trade, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- PC literacy including PowerPoint, PDF, and Excel
- Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
