Business Applications Lead

The IT Business Applications Lead oversees the management and enhancement of core business applications-primarily CRM and ERP. This role ensures these systems align with business goals, manages vendor relationships under service contracts, and leads a team of Business Analysts to document processes and gather requirements. A key focus is driving user adoption and maximizing the value of these applications through continuous improvement and strategic change management. Manage and enhance business application system thereby supporting timely and accurate information to the business system. Ensuring all business application systems deliver value (ROI) to the business. Successful implementation of IT projects.

• Bachelor's Degree (NQF 7) Information Systems or related field
• 5-7 years Applications Systems Experience
• 2 years Application Systems Management
• 2 years Senior Business Analyst experience

• Valid Drivers license
