IntroductionTo assist in the development and execution of The Body Shop business (standalone stores as well as The Body Shop in Clicks) and New Business Development in the Clicks business strategy in order to achieve and exceed financial targets and ensure sustainable performance.
- To provide value adding business analysis and recommendations of merchandise performance, sales & profittrends, CRM and E-Commerce performance and marketing performance/ effectiveness to ensure sustainable performance is achieved by growing existing business and growth through new opportunities.
- To make recommendations on product pricing strategies in order to grow market share.
- To optimise potential profit opportunities within the business.
- To perform key analysis on promotional assortment management to identify products to promote or not to promote.
- To analyse product and space performance in order to identify opportunities to become more profitable.
- To analyse e-commerce and digital marketing performance to ensure sales performance and efficient marketing spend in collaboration with the marketing team.
- To analyse and improve the effectiveness of the CRM communications and promotions in line with the business objectives in collaboration with the CRM team
- To analyse New business development opportunities and determine feasibility thereof in collaboration with the finance team.

- Ability to research problems and recommend creative solutions.

- 3 to 5 years within a retail environment within a financial/analytical role
Project Management experience advantageous.
