Business Affiliates Sales Manager
Job Description
The Business Affiliate Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a network of business affiliates who generate high quality leads for the short-term insurance call center. This role focuses on strategic partnership development, revenue growth, and ensuring affiliates comply with regulatory and business standards.
The manager provides leadership, performance tracking, and operational oversight to ensure consistent delivery of profitable sales. Collaborate with Sales Managers and Team Managers to optimize call center lead utilization. Monitor affiliate ROI and adjust strategies to maximize profitability. Responsible for managing the operations of a single call centre or business segment. Oversees operating systems including policies, procedures, and operating structure. Establishes and implements product/service standards. Responsible for analysing operations and efficiency of the call centre.
Minimum Qualification and Experience- Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4
- RE5 Certificate
- NQF 5/6 will be advantageous
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Sales Manager in insurance
- Minimum of more than 1 year's experience in Short-term Insurance Industry
