Coordinates and executes bulk materials storage and distribution for Seriti operations.

• Participate in Supply Chain activities and support all supply sub functions towards best practice
• Ensure compliance to safe operating standards in the storage and distribution of bulk materials and coordinate continued job and risk control verifications to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain bulk materials availability to service production fleet
• Maintain bulk materials stock levels as per agreed standards
• Coordinate the replenishment of bulk materials
• Manage accurate system processing as per warehouse standard in support of good stock control
• Monitors, controls, and reports on wet stock reconciliation as per agreed standard to ensure accurate stock control and asset safekeeping
• Coordinates the investigation and resolution of any discrepancies
• Performs and supports safe warehouse operations
• Participate in peer planned task observations
• Maintain a good housekeeping culture
• Attend and participate in team and safety meetings
• Coordinates with purchasing to expedite delivery of bulk materials when schedule changes cannot be accommodated

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science
• Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Management
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in SAP materials management
• Financial management experience
• Fuel management experience
• Relevant knowledge and experience in SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• In possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness
• Valid driver's license
