The main purpose of this position is to handle the maintenance and facilities of a Student Accommodation building based in Johannesburg.

• Undertake maintenance as required by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager
  
• Ensure that all maintenance work is affected diligently and with the appropriate skill
  
• That all work done is affected at the right standard
  
• That all work done is left clean and in good condition
  
• That all maintenance matters are reported to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager
  

• Matric
  
• 1-3 years experience as a residential/ commercial Handyman/ Maintenance Assistant
  
• You will be required to be on stand-by and on-call on the weekends and after-hours in the event of an emergency or as otherwise required by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager;
